FACULTY ACCEPTING STUDENTS FOR FALL 2024

Applicants to the Psychology PhD program at GSU apply to one of the eight concentrations below. As part of the admissions application, applicants are asked to identify faculty mentors with whom they would like to work. Applicants should select faculty mentors who plan to accept an incoming student (see the table below). Applicants are also encouraged to select faculty mentors from programs affiliated with the specific concentration to which they are applying. Here is a list of our 8 concentrations with links to lists of the faculty from the programs that oversee these concentrations.
- Clinical (CLG) concentration
- Clinical-Community (CLC) concentration
- Clinical-Neuropsychology (CLN) concentration
- Cognitive Sciences (CGS) concentration
- Cognitive and Affective Neuroscience (CAN) concentration

Please note that while faculty members primarily supervise students within their respective concentrations, there may be cases where they mentor students in other concentrations as well. If you are interested in working with a faculty member who is not listed as a mentor in the concentration to which you are applying, we encourage you to e-mail that faculty member directly to inquire about the possibility.
