I’m a native of Chattanooga, Tennessee but spent many of my adult years in Charlotte, NC. I’ve completed two masters degrees and a Ph.D. In I-O Psychology and worked with many companies successfully implementing quality, teamwork, leadership, work management, and organizational culture initiatives. At GSU, I teach Intro Research Methods and the Psychology of Women. My past research includes: studying part-time workers’ work attitudes; and predicting adult life and work attitudes from early dysfunctional childhood experiences. My present research agenda is the early development of leadership. I enjoy teaching the diverse and engaging student population at GSU.
